Deployment Logs & Verification
Follow every deployment from request to reported result.
SPECTRALE keeps deployment activity connected to the architecture changes that initiated it.
Instead of separating architecture decisions from agent execution, the deployment history provides a central place to review requests, progress, and results.
Deployment conversations
Each deployment can have a dedicated conversation containing the information exchanged between the user, SPECTRALE, and the connected agent.
This may include:
- Deployment creation
- Agent acceptance
- Progress updates
- User questions and clarifications
- Execution results
- Verification outcomes
The available information depends on the reporting capabilities of the connected agent and the deployment workflow.
Conversation text is checked for secret material and rejected when credentials or private keys are included.
Execution states
A deployment moves through explicit statuses. The names below are the ones the platform records:
created— the request has been recorded.awaiting_agent— an authorized agent can claim the deployment.claimed— the assigned agent has accepted the task.preflight— the agent is checking preconditions.running— execution is in progress.waiting_for_user— the agent has asked for clarification.completed— the agent has reported completion.verification_pending— rediscovery comparison is underway, where it is requested.verified— the checked architecture evidence matched the expected outcome.verification_failed— the checked evidence did not match.failed— execution failed.cancel_requestedandcancelled— cancellation was requested or completed.
Not every deployment passes through every status. Verification is available only after the agent reports completion.
Agent communication
Connected agents can report progress and request clarification through supported MCP deployment tools.
This allows users to retain context about the deployment rather than managing every interaction outside the platform.
The deployment view refreshes on a short interval. Do not expect a live event stream.
Post-deployment verification
An agent reporting success does not prove that the infrastructure now matches the intended architecture.
After completion, SPECTRALE can rediscover the current architecture and compare that observed graph with the deployment's desired change set.
Verification may identify:
- Expected components that are present
- Expected relationships that are present
- Missing or unexpected resources
- Differences between intended and observed architecture
Some results stay inconclusive when the compared resources are quarantined or when discovery cannot see them. The quality of verification depends on the coverage and freshness of the connected discovery sources.
Understanding verification results
A successful verification indicates that the checked architecture evidence is consistent with the expected outcome.
It is not a universal guarantee that the deployed system is secure, healthy, or free of defects.
Users should continue to rely on application testing, monitoring, infrastructure observability, and appropriate operational review.
