Collab — Work Together on Complex Architectures
Bring team members into a shared architectural workspace with controlled access, clear responsibilities and a consistent understanding of the project.
Share one project, not a stack of screenshots.
Bring team members into a shared architectural workspace with controlled access, clear responsibilities and a consistent understanding of the project.
Members work from the architecture, components, and project state SPECTRALE already holds, with the access level you assign.
Teams and invitations
Create a team for the project, then invite a person by email. Choose the projects on that invitation and an access level for each one.
An invitation expires. The invited person joins with the grants on that invitation, not with access to every project in the organization. Team membership does not grant every project.
Access levels
Project access is read-only, edit, or deploy. You can grant only a level you already hold. Organization administrators can manage membership beyond a single project.
Read-only members can review the project. Edit and deploy remain separate grants. Collab does not add a second permission system on top of those rules.
Shared architecture context
Authorized members open the same SPECTRALE project record: the discovered architecture and the project areas their permission allows.
Collab does not enable real-time co-editing, live cursors, comments on the canvas, or merging of architecture versions. Those interactions are not part of Collab.
Agents on a team
A team can list agents assigned from Fleet. That assignment is visible to people who can manage the team. It is collaboration context.
It does not give the agent a new permission, and it does not turn a person's project role into an agent grant. Agent authorization stays on the agent connection. See Fleet.
Availability
Collab is included in Growth and Architect.
Important to know
Important. Collab does not grant deployment, integration, or administrative permissions automatically.
Access still follows the organization and project rules, including the subscription features enabled for the organization.
