Guardian — Your AI Infrastructure Assistant
Ask questions about your architecture, explore potential security concerns and receive recommendations grounded in the project information available to SPECTRALE.
Ask questions about the architecture SPECTRALE can see.
Guardian brings AI-assisted infrastructure understanding directly into SPECTRALE. Ask questions about your architecture, explore potential security concerns and receive recommendations grounded in the project information available to SPECTRALE.
Guardian stays inside the project workspace. It answers from the evidence that project already holds.
Open Guardian
Select Ask Guardian. The control stays available while you move between project sections, so a question does not require leaving the page you are on.
Opening the assistant, focusing a control, or navigating between project sections does not start a paid analysis. Guardian responds when you send a message.
Project-aware conversations
A conversation belongs to the current project. Guardian uses that project's architecture evidence, discovered components, and the permissions of the person who is signed in.
Read-only access can open Guardian and review an existing conversation. Sending a new message requires permission to edit or deploy the project.
Conversation history
Conversations are kept with the project and grouped by purpose:
- Security for questions about the stored architecture.
- Integrations for provider setup guidance.
- Automations for planning a recurring workflow.
- Improvements for recommendations tied to the current project record.
You can return to an earlier conversation and continue it. History is a record of those conversations. It is not a live monitor of your infrastructure.
Architecture evidence
Ask Guardian to explain components, dependencies, and other project context that SPECTRALE has already recorded.
The completeness of an answer depends on that evidence. Guardian can say where the record is not enough to decide.
Security analysis and recommendations
Ask Guardian to review stored architecture evidence for potential risks, or to suggest simplifications and areas that may need attention.
Guardian does not replace an active penetration test, a vulnerability scanner, or an independent security assessment. It does not scan live infrastructure on its own. A recommendation is an interpretation of stored evidence, not a change to the infrastructure.
Provider connection guidance
From a provider's Connect control, Guardian can open a setup conversation for that provider. The conversation explains the connection method SPECTRALE actually supports and can point to the provider's own documentation.
Guardian does not receive credentials, and it does not create access to an API the provider has not authorized. Enter tokens only in the connection dialog. See Integrations.
Automation planning
Create Automation opens a Guardian conversation whose purpose is Automations. Guardian walks through the intended action, frequency, conditions, and an authorized agent.
That conversation prepares a specification. It does not execute the workflow. When the specification is ready, Deploy opens the workspace deployment dialog so a person can review it. See Automation.
Approval and deployment tokens
Guardian does not deploy by itself. An accepted deployment still goes through the workspace deployment dialog, including agent eligibility and token checks.
Sending a Guardian message uses model inference. That inference cost is separate from SPECTRALE deployment tokens. One accepted deployment request consumes one deployment token.
Important to know
Important. Guardian is an interpretation layer. It is not a guarantee that an infrastructure is secure or correctly configured, and it is not continuous monitoring.
Follow-up actions such as connecting a provider, assigning an agent, or deploying work remain subject to their own permissions and to the subscription features enabled for the organization.
